Shipping Policy

Due to the current surge in global orders, shipments may be delayed, but please rest assured that your order will still be shipped to you as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience!

We recommend that you monitor your local postal service for the latest information on local delivery, as this information varies by region.

Most orders ship within 10-15 business days of order placement. During peak times, we may need more time to ship your order, thank you for your patience. Our top priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

*Please note that we only process orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

*Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

* Normal Shipping 7-15 days, Express 5-7 days

Order Status
We will send a notification to the email address you provided when placing your order when your order has shipped. This notification should include a tracking number that you can use to track your package from our distribution center all the way to your front door.

We also record tracking numbers in the account purchase history of registered users.

NOTE: If you don't see shipping information when you click the order tracking link, don't worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay between our transshipment point and the sender checking the tracking progress of the first scan at one of the destinations.
